Front Office Assistant that will handle Bookkeeping, scheduling, payroll and Client Selections for New Construction Homes. Must have at least some bookkeeping experience in construction. Strong organizational skills a must. Will work with multiple clients on multiple projects and some hours may be out of office with interior designers. This position will run the front office and be the point of contact throughout the construction process. Will be responsible for updating a running our BuilderTrend Software throughout the process of each project and keeping an accounting of the Company through Quickbooks.
